Our company has a long record of sound financial performance and stability. B-P Trucking began in 1965 as a small rubbish company with one truck, servicing residential customers in Wayland, Massachusetts. Today, we are still family owned and operated and are licensed to service in all of Massachusetts and the surrounding states. B-P Trucking's reputation has been built on service and our service capabilities are designed to support our customers in even the most demanding situations. Being in the forefront of the waste removal industry we've made a tremendous investment in the vehicles, equipment, personnel and knowledge required to meet your specific needs.
We combine modern vehicles, equipment and a computer-aided organization with some of the industry's most highly trained service personnel. Our "promote from within" philosophy allows our personnel to grow professionally without leaving our organization. This low turnover means our employees not only have a depth of practical experience, but also in many cases have multi-year relationships with individual B-P customers.

We offer residential, commercial, industrial and institutional waste and recycling services throughout Massachusetts.
Our office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. eastern standard time. However, if you have an "after hours emergency," our automated call processing system will direct your call to the proper "on call" personnel.
We provide removal service Monday-Sunday, virtually 24 hours per day.
We operate a state approved transfer station where we receive process and transport our customer's waste throughout the Northeast.
Support technicians are "on call" 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. This guarantees that in the event your equipment experiences problems, we will be immediately available to resolve and or repair the problem.
We guarantee that we will service you on the days specified and that "on call" customers will receive service within 24 hours or less of the received call.
Our operation is fully computerized and on-line, se we can quickly and efficiently answer any questions that may arise regarding your account.
We invoice at the end of every month (no pre-billing which is common in the industry) after the service you required was performed.
All of our vehicles are radio and cellular equipped, which keeps us in constant contact with them in the field. Also, most of our packer trucks are equipped with on board computers and scales, which track vast amounts of pertinent customer data. |
